What are they saying about Big Smiles Learning and Care?
Big Smiles has been a big part of my daughter’s life. She has grown so much and learned things that will truly benefit her as she prepares for her journey into “big girl school” and entering kindergarten. As a parent you worry about how your kids day is going especially when you first decide on a daycare. Between seeing the joy on my daughter’s face when she gets dropped off and being able to have communication with her teachers whenever I need to gives me the confidence to know that she is in great hands. She loves her teachers and her teachers truly love her. They want the best for my daughter and I couldn’t ask for anything more.
Big Smiles Learning and Care has been positive and accommodating for my children since my eldest began almost 2 years ago. The staff is very nice and pleasant. Any issues or concerns has always been managed in a professional and most important caring manner. My daughter looks forward to going to daycare every day and that speaks volumes.
I enrolled my son in Big Smiles Learning and Care when he was 3 months old. I interviewed approximately 20 child care programs. The process of elimination began with the first phone call. Not only was the first phone call to Big Smiles pleasant and inviting, the Director answered all of my many questions. She assured us that our baby would be OK and that we can call anytime to see how he was doing, and she meant it. That extra bit of information gave me the assurance that Big Smiles takes that extra step. My son is now 2 1/2 yrs old he has learned so much and he loves the facility and staff. It’s very reassuring to know I leave my little one in good hands every day.
